As part of its development, DEDIENNE AEROSPACE India, is looking to recruit a Purchasing Engineer. Your role is to be responsible for negotiating supplier terms, pricing and delivery schedules using knowledge of budget requirements and schedules.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of your position, your missions are as follows :
Develop competitive negotiations to drive cost reduction initiatives with the global supply base, while meeting capacity and quality requirements.
Manage supplier contracts and long-term agreements with preferred suppliers to ensure that marked trends, supplier performance, and future business needs are.
Collaborate with supporting resources (Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chains, Logistics, and Regional Teams) to achieve plan, ensure adequate cycle time to procure materials, and escalate critical materials from supplier based to meet customer demands. Development of existing purchasing.
Respond to after-sales service requests or requests from customers,
Keep your supervisor informed about the progress of their tasks
Be attentive to the satisfaction of users of the various systems put in place
Report the incidents observed to their line manager or, depending on the case and the nature of the incidents, to the technical services of the company or the group
Apply the company's quality policy
You ideally have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanics with at least 2 years of experience
4 years in the aeronautical tooling industry.
Your technical knowledge in the field of purchasing means that you are comfortable in negotiations and know how to follow and implement contracts. You are reactive and autonomous. Having knowledge of the workshop environment, machining and GSE tools is a plus.
