  • CONTEXT
  • In a context of strong development, Dedienne Aerospace Doha wishes to integrate very soon a Administration and Logistics admin within their team.

  • MISSIONS
  • - Coordinate importation and exportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments (Road, air and maritime transports)
    - Edit and review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
    - Preparing the packing list and invoices
    - Optimize the lead time depending on all external/internal requirements
    - Tracking and fixing shipping errors
    - Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
    - Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
    - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
    - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
    - Submit expense reports
    -Manage administration documentation (Sponsor, visa, etc.)
    -Maintain confidential records and files

  • PROFILE
  • - High school diploma or equivalent
    - You have a previous experience in industry
    - You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
    - ERP knowledge required
    - Microsoft office knowledge required
    - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    - Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, taking initiative at work and positive attitude.
    - Arabic speaker appreciated
