As a major OEM licensee and partner, we have all the required technical data and drawings to repair damaged tools according to standards and specifications. All our repairs are validated by functional and mechanical load tests, or by pressure tests for hydraulic or pneumatic tooling.
We are thus able to upgrade most of your tooling according to the latest index. We are also able to modify existing tools by integrating new variants for multi-usage.

Repair / Periodic & preventive maintenance
All our repairs are validated by functional and mechanical load tests, or by pressure tests for hydraulic/pneumatic tooling. We combine our skills in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics to take charge of the complete repair of a tool. To decrease TAT, all strategic and critical spare parts are always kept in stock. For AOG situations that can arise anywhere and anytime, we are supported by our internal supply chains and our worldwide supplier network.
Hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance
In order to guarantee a long life of reliable, top-quality performance, hydraulic tools require careful usage, routine adjustment, calibration, and periodic maintenance. We have the expertise for diagnostics, maintenance and repairs of all hydraulic & pneumatic tooling, from single flexibles to complete assemblies. All repairs are validated by pressure and leakage tests to confirm the safety of the tool. All major critical components and spares (manometers, flexibles, connectors) are on stock to ensure close TAT.
Engine stands repair & maintenance
Engine stands are critical assets since they are used for engine transportation. Any failure in an engine stand can be serious. Thus, engine stands must be regularly followed up, checked and maintained by engine stand manufacturers and experts like Dedienne Aerospace. As a leading worldwide engine stand manufacturer, we do not only deliver stands but also ensures the maintenance and repair of your stands fleet. We know what parts need to be periodically replaced, and what checks are necessary to make your engine’s journey safer. All engine stand repairs are followed by functional & mechanical load testing with a dummy engine mounted on a stand. For unlicensed tooling, we always purchase the original parts from the OEM or licensed sources.

Upgrade, modifications or variant integration
Thanks to our major OEM licenses and partnerships, we have access to all necessary drawings and technical modifications. We are thus able to upgrade most of your tooling according to the latest index. We are also able to modify existing tools by integrating new variants for multi-usage (for example: adding a V02 variant to an existing V01 bootstrap). An upgrade or modification does not only consist of a simple tool modification, but also includes a full recertification of the modified tool to the upgraded or modified index. Upgrade kits are managed in stock in order to decrease lead time (TAT).
