Why did you joined Dedienne Aerospace?

I decided to join Dedienne Aerospace for several reasons. Among these, for me, Dedienne Aerospace is a company with a strong dynamism and on a human scale. It is a company which is world open and allow you to work internationally on very challenging projects.

What is your mission?

Quality Management

I am in charge to support the improvement of the Dedienne Aerospace quality standards AS/EN 9100 (Toulouse and Le Garric) and ISO 9001 (Group – World Wide)

Suppliers Quality Management

Implementation of the supplier quality policy. In close relationship with purchasing and technical teams, I create and share technical specifications and supports of good practices (quality, metrology, welding, surface treatment, etc.) and I am also supporting and training them for the implementation a quality approach (root cause analysis and action plan, optimized controls, risk management).

Health, Safety and Environment

In collaboration with operational teams, I create procedures highlighting risks at work in order to reduce accidents and dangerous situations. It includes training of personnel in accident prevention, management of inquiries after accident, emergency situations and the use of protective equipments.
