In Asia, Dedienne Aerospace has teams in Zhuhai and Shanghai, providing tooling, services and local support for regional customers

  • CONTEXT
  • Reporting to the Program Director, you will oversee the implementation of business development and all associated operations within the framework of a program contract signed with a client. You will contribute to developing new business and programs, optimizing existing programs, and approaching new markets.
    You will ensure the contractual parameters, commercial, and financial objectives of the program are met in accordance with the overall strategy of the Dedienne Aerospace group.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Your mission will include the following activities:
    · Define and consolidate the company's Business Plan for the OEM license contract, participate in the definition of resource and investment plans for the various sites involved in the programs, establish and monitor results forecasts and the profitability of the Programs.
    · Manage the activities of the various internal departments and Dedienne Aerospace sites involved in the Program life cycle, according to the objectives and directions of the General Management.
    · Develop direct OEM Sales within the framework of the Program, influence decision-makers and prescribers of Customers, contribute to technical and financial responses to offer proposals and negotiations with the OEM’s, define prices in cooperation with the Purchasing Department
    · Lead the company's sales force across all international markets, develop sales within the framework of the Programs: preparation of sales materials, visits to major Customers, promotion of service quality.
    · Study the Client's needs within the framework of the Program, formulate suitable technical and commercial proposals, recommend the company's products and services, participate in training activities and in the improvement of the Program in the license agreement.
    · Ensure compliance of contract operations, establish and present indicators and reporting of industrial and economic performance (cost, time, quality) to the Client, analyze the results and recommend recommendations and action plans in consultation with the Client.
    · Lead the industrialization plan and design modifications with the OEM and monitor the profitability of manufacturing, participate in the OEM's qualification process and quality audits, contribute to Customer Quality audits.
    · Ensure the profitability of manufacturing, propose price changes with internal stakeholders, negotiate contractual changes with the OEM and/or the After Market Customers.
    · Coordinate the processing of complaints and disputes with Customers and internal stakeholders, determine a solution and a commercial settlement, propose an escalation point if necessary, lead and assist the Dedienne Aerospace teams according to the Quality and satisfaction objectives of the Program.
    · Measure customer and manufacturer satisfaction, and the company's position on the supplier panel, and lead the continuous improvement action plan established according to the performance objectives set in the license agreement.

  • PROFILE
  • With a higher education background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, you have continued your studies with a specialization in Business/Project Management. You also have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
    You are comfortable taking on broad and complex assignments, requiring perspective and the ability to leverage expertise.
    You are passionate about aeronautics, you have a strong customer service focus, you are tenacious, and you know how to be proactive.
