We have an immediate full-time career opening for an experienced quality control inspector at our growing company. This person will inspect multiple machined products daily and report the findings to the Technical Support Engineer. This person will also consistently utilize CMM, visual inspection, and many hand inspection tools (caliper, micrometer, gages, etc.)- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure incoming goods' dimensional conformity to drawing using all metrology equipment.
- Define and document the key product characteristics in coordination with method engineering and implement CMM inspection criteria and procedures.
- Provide inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.
- Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
- Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and understand mechanical technical drawings.
- Proficient CMM (Zeiss Contura), measuring arm (FARO ARM), programming, and usage knowledge.
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Expert in metrology.
- Knowledge of GD&T set of tools
- Bilingual: English & Spanish- KEY COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Experience in metrology within a metal-mechanic manufacturing environment.- COMPENSATION
