We have an immediate full-time career opening for a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer at our growing company. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for managing production projects to ensure they meet financial objectives and are executed effectively. This role involves developing and implementing the industrial processes necessary for production. The engineer collaborates closely with both production and design teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and profitability of the production process. Additionally, this position acts as a project manager within the context of external growth.

1. The introduction of new part numbers or manufacturing processes.
2. Coordinate and supervise the timely launch of projects within the assigned budget and expected quality.
3. Collaborate with the team to create project schedules and ensure timely follow-up.
4. Implement improvement projects that enhance the efficiency of existing processes in terms of time and cost.
5. Cultivate and execute manufacturing processes to optimize time and cost efficiency.
6. Evaluate, select, and develop technologies appropriate to the necessary processes within the company.

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering or related field
2. Proven experience in product launches and implementation of manufacturing processes.
3. Proven ability to lead Engineering teams.
4. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Lean Manufacturing.
5. Reading drawings from different OEMs and GD&T.
