In the framework of its services development, the company is looking for a Customer services field technician located in Malta to ensure a technical
expertise to reach our targets in quality, costs and lead-times of our technical requests.

Part of the local customer services team, you are assessed daily to do the following tasks:
- Developing relationships with customers located in Malta and surrounding
- Reception and registration of tooling to be serviced.
- Technical expertise and assessment according to drawings and technical specifications.
- Repairs, servicing, load test and calibrations.
- assembly and disassembly (mechanical and hydraulic).
- Subcontractors coordination.
- Inspection, maintenance, and minor reparations on customers’ site.

From an initial technical training with at minimum a technical degree, you already have a first experience in the mecanical sector (automotive/tools) and/or in production, tools mecanical.
- Solid skills in mechanics with previous experience in repair and maintenance.
- Good knowledge in English is compulsory
- Reading technical drawings.
- Knowledge in processes such as machining, welding, special processes, metrology.
- Skills in communication and capacity to develop customer relationship

Mobile position based in Malta with some trips within Europe occasionally.
