  • CONTEXT
  • Under the responsibility of the Accounts & Sales Administration Executive, you are responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, payroll and HR administration, sales coordination. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, timely billing, smooth order execution, and compliance with applicable laws, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support overall business operations.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • As an Accounts & Sales Administration Executive your missions are as follows :

    - Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
    - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and MIS reporting
    - Manage Accounts receivables, payables, and Bank reconciliations
    - Ensure statutory and tax compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
    - Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, and employee settlements
    - Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
    - Prepare sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and related documentation
    - Coordinate with sales teams on pricing approvals, contracts, and billing.
    - Track order execution, revenue recognition, and customer receivables
    - Maintain sales MIS and customer master data.
    - The above responsibilities are indicative and not exhaustive; the role holder is expected to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet business and organizational needs.

  • PROFILE
  • B.Com graduate with 3–4 years of experience in accounting, statutory compliance, payroll and HR administration, sales coordination. Proficient in Tally, SAP, Sage, and ERP systems, with strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
