Dedienne Aerospace and Collins Aerospace renew exclusive license for legacy and new generation nacelle tooling
Orlando, Fl, USA, 22th april 2026 – Dedienne Aerospace today announced the renewal of its exclusive license with RTX’s Collins Aerospace covering legacy and new generation nacelle tooling, including ground support equipment (GSE) and related services. The agreement extends a decade-long relationship. It covers sales, maintenance, calibration, leasing and service, reflecting Collins Aerospace’s continued trust in Dedienne Aerospace to support airlines, OEMs and MROs worldwide.
This renewal sets a clear path for the decade ahead. Operators and MROs gain a stable, single-source channel for legacy and new generation nacelle tooling and GSE, paired with in-region support. It ensures equipment availability, full-lifecycle services, turnaround times aligned with maintenance events, and responsive support to keep aircraft flying.
Backed by deep engineering know-how, Dedienne Aerospace works with Collins Aerospace through the license to deliver safer, more reliable, user-friendly equipment for all nacelle programs.
Dedienne Aerospace’s worldwide footprint keeps support close to customers. Across key regions, dedicated service centers and field teams manage repair, refurbishment and periodic certification for legacy nacelle tooling and GSE. In-stock equipment reduces turnaround time and helps keep fleets available during planned checks and heavy shop visits, turning proximity into responsiveness.
“We’re proud to carry Collins Aerospace’s trust forward. The mission is clear: keep nacelle equipment available, serviceable and locally supported, delivering the reliability and responsiveness that drive customer satisfaction and keep aircraft flying,” said Cédric Barbe, President of Dedienne Aerospace.
“Collins Aerospace values the customer focus and global capability Dedienne Aerospace brings to legacy and new generation nacelle tooling,” said Kevin Browne, vice president of Aftermarket at Collins Aerospace. “We are confident in Dedienne Aerospace’s capabilities to deliver reliable equipment availability and responsive regional support to our customers worldwide.”
With 20,000+ aircraft in service with Collins Aerospace nacelle products, Dedienne Aerospace will carry this trusted relationship forward and keep supporting operators worldwide.
