- BACKROUND
In a context of strong development, DEDIENNE AEROSPACE INDIA PVT LTD plans to onboard a Storekeeper & Logistics Executive within its teams.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the responsibility of Storekeeper & Logistics Executive of Dedienne Aerospace India, helps businesses for ensuring the efficient storage, movement, and distribution of goods within a company, from procurement to delivery. This role requires a blend of skills in inventory control, logistics, and communication.
To do this, you will be required to :
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Issue materials and supplies to relevant departments as per requests.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Keep records of stock movements and update the inventory system
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols in the warehouse/store.
- Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- MOOWR/ SEZ/ EoU/ Bonded Warehouse experience will be must.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status &Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures.- PROFILE
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a very good knowledge and understanding of managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining stock records, and ensuring the efficient operation of the storage area, oversees and coordinates the movement, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective logistics operations.
You have a fluent level of English allowing you to read documents.
Spoken knowledge of other Indian languages like, Hindi, Kannada, etc, will be an advantage.
