  • CONTEXT
  • As a part of this profile, the candidate would be playing a pivotal role in growth of Supply Chain and Operation footprint of India.

    The candidate would be working to estimate demand by collaborating with Sales, Program Managers and Management and would be expected to develop strategy for growth in supply chain for India.

    Key deliverable from this role will be timely deliveries to achieve customer satisfaction at right cost levels for tools and customer service functions.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • In this context, your activities will consist in:
    • Build and Drive your team to achieve business goals.
    • Gather Demand forecast from Cross Function Teams
    • Develop Sourcing & Supply Chain Strategy to optimize costs and lead time
    • Define the Bill of Material related to after-sales operations and subcontracted manufacturing ranges.
    • Update technical data via SAGE ERP (items, tools, documents, ranges, nomenclatures, equivalences).
    • Perform Periodic reviews with Suppliers to ensure the timely execution of project.
    • Provide technical support for subcontracted manufacturing with the selected supplier
    • Follow-up of spare parts manufacturing (Progress and Delivery date)
    • Develop Inventory Plan for Standard tools as well as customer service functions
    • Manage non-conformities (recordings, treatment of curative, corrective, preventive actions, balance)
    • Define curative actions in connection with the supplier in charge of manufacturing.
    • Provide technical support to the Supplier as well as monitoring deviation requests: assess feasibility, validate specifications and modifications with the Design Office and the Quality Department
    • Set-up and manage the outsourced needs in our ERP SAGE X3 (customer need, purchaser order, product and stock management).
    • Lead negociations with suppliers (price, lead time, quality, logistics, packages) to ensure value based purchasing
    • Manage supplier relationship

  • PROFILE
  • You validated an MBA (Operations) and Engineering degree in Mechanical / Aerospace field.

    5 Years Experience in the industry or mechnical field is expected.

    You have great interpersonal and negotiation skills and you are driven by assurance in achieving your goals in timely manner.

    Fluent english is required. Local Indian languages such as Hindi, Kannada etc. would be an added advantage.
