Part of the Customer Services team as Services Purchaser & Technical Support, your mission is to provide technical support to our workshops, set-up bill of operations of after-sales service operations linking internal (workshops) and external (suppliers) needs and contribute to the management and monitoring of the progress of after-sales service projects.

Taking into account the strategy and objectives of the after sales activity our customers, you will have to ensure the availability of parts, components and manager outsourced operations for our workshops in compliance with applicable technical, normative and regulatory requirements.

You are involved in the industrialization phases, defining the Bill Of Material and nomenclatures of services operations, providing technical support to our workshops and suppliers, issuing the Purchase Orders to the suppliers, following up Deliveries and monitoring supplier’s performance.
You manage the potential nonconformities resulting from these manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technical constraints linked to the Purchase Orders.

In this context, your activities will consist in:

• Define purchase / outsourced solutions for workshop needs based on applicable technical requirement.
• Define the Bill of Material related to after-sales operations and subcontracted manufacturing ranges.
• Update technical data via SAGE ERP (items, tools, documents, ranges, nomenclatures, equivalences).
• Select the suitable supplier from the DEDIENNE supplier panels and issue purchase orders.
• Provide technical support for subcontracted manufacturing with the selected supplier
• Follow-up of spare parts manufacturing (Progress and Delivery date)
• Manage non-conformities (recordings, treatment of curative, corrective, preventive actions, balance),
• Define curative actions in connection with the supplier in charge of manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to the Supplier as well as monitoring deviation requests: assess feasibility, validate specifications and modifications with the Design Office and the Quality Department
• Set-up and manage the outsourced needs in our ERP SAGE X3 (customer need, purchaser order, product and stock management).
• Contribute to negociations with suppliers (price, lead time, quality, logistics, packages).
• Manage supplier relationship and improve supplier panel (qualify new suppliers) and supply chain performance (monitore performance and improve existing supplier performance).

You validated an Engineering degree in Mechanical / Aerospace field. Experience in the industry or mechnical field will be appreciated.

You are able to prepare and understand technical documentation (majorly mechanical and hydraulic) and specifications.

You have strong adaptation ability and negociation skill, you would like to work in a dynamic team within an international context.

Fluent english is required.
