You will be working under the supervision of the Operations Manger :

- Drive the sourcing of materials, components, and services required for Dedienne operations.
- As a member of the supply chain team, responsible for creating Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, Work Orders, and RFx in the ERP system (SAGE)
- Collaborate with supporting resources (Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chains, Logistics etc) to achieve plan, ensure adequate cycle time to procure materials, perform regular and efficient follow up with vendors and supply chain partners.
- Manage communication regarding after-sales service requests or requests from customers, to manage the purchasing requirement by interacting with different stakeholders.
- Manage the purchasing activity in the ERP tool to maintain flow of information.
- Support local and global logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Assist in building operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the company's facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Periodic submission of reports and updates on ERP and to update different stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/aerospace/industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain/admin role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or co-op experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is desirable.
• Fluent level of English allowing you to negotiate and participate in technical discussions without any issues is a must. Spoken knowledge of other Indian languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi etc., will be an advantage.
