  • CONTEXT
  • To ensure an excellent customer satisfaction level, and increased sales, whereby you will oversee all activities related to the development of new Product Sales and aftersales Services. Duties will range from sales and marketing activities, with excellent customer service management : meeting clients, quoting, sales reporting, contract negotiation, presenting our company in its growth & ambitions - executing our commercial strategy within your region.
    Your job will combine relational and organizational skills to achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction and revenue KPI’s , including targeting turnover, RFQ/RFP response time performance, profitability, increase in core business, as well as exploration of new products and services in the market.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • You are to coordinate the daily Customer Management activities – including and not limited to:
    Deploy the company commercial strategy by presenting our products and services to appropriate stakeholders.
    Gather & Service RFQ/RFP’s - by call, mail, in-person visits to existing and new clients.
    Prospecting and capturing new customers, and their tooling/GSE needs, for then further strategic action.
    Negotiate sales and service contracts to a high level of due diligence.
    Networking and uphold high level of customer relations, fulfilling marketing strategy and KPI’s.
    Exploring new customer needs for new products / services non-existing in the market.
    To be the customer focal point for new requests, aftersales services (RFQ and sales processes, tooling park follow up and digitization, inventory support, prospecting and supporting with spares/repairs/upgrade needs, and warranty support).
    Support with possible in-country/field services on the customer site, which you shall be supported by internal departments within Dedienne.
    To support the wider Dedienne family with a great attitude, strong spirit, a helping hand and professional demeanor.

  • PROFILE
  • - You are a Sales executive / Manager with 3-5 years of working experience within the field of sales of technical products and services (solid understanding of technical aspect of the business within Aviation); or
    - University graduate from reputable university – preferably with Mechanical engineering / Aerospace / Aviation background
    - Bachelor’s degree is a minimum, Master’s degree is preferred
    - Ability to efficiently coordinate between multiple parties in a high-tempo environment.
    - Hold high communication, presentation skills, and incumbent to be able to communicate in:
    *English, both writing and speaking
    *Arabic is a plus
    *Conversational French is a plus

    -Incumbent to be independent, self-driven and responsible, with great organization skills
    - Solid knowledge of Microsoft office is a must
    - Knowledge of using the ERP system is a plus
    - Driving license required.
