  • CONTEXT
  • The nature of the position is Customer services field technician with direct responsibility to the Group Customer service director.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • A detailed job description specifying your areas of responsibilities includes the following:

    Primary responsibilities :
    - Reception and registration of tooling/GSE to be serviced
    - Technical expertise
    - Assessment according to drawings and technical specifications
    - Performing repairs and servicing
    - Performing load test
    - Performing calibrations
    - Assembly and disassembly (mechanical and hydraulic)
    - Tool revision status – performing minor upgrades

    Other responsibilities :
    - Create service orders in DEDIENNE ERP system
    - Prepare shipping documents
    - Packing and preparation of shipment
    - Manage subcontractors’ qualification, skills and competencies

  • PROFILE
  • - Technical qualification (preferably in mechanics) and strong mechanical culture is required
    - A minimum of 3 years experience in assembly, service and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment (ideally in aeronautical maintenance tools)
    - Good technical and mechanical understanding
    - Reading technical drawings, raw material knowledge and machining
    - Metrology and special processes knowledge
    - Knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
    - Good command in English is a must (both verbal and written) with good communication skills
    - Computer literacy
    - Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize
    - Self-motivated, confident and methodical
    - Able to work independently as well as having an excellent team spirit
