{"id":128662,"date":"2026-04-03T09:37:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-03T07:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dedienne-aero.com\/?post_type=job-offers&#038;p=128662"},"modified":"2026-04-03T09:37:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-03T07:37:18","slug":"field-service-engineer-m-f","status":"publish","type":"job-offers","link":"https:\/\/dedienne-aero.com\/es\/job-offers\/field-service-engineer-m-f\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Service Engineer (M\/F)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ CONTEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to our Customer Services Manager, your mission is to manage the commercial and technical relationship with Clients from the preparation of the quote to invoicing and delivery in order to meet customer needs and taking into account the company&#8217;s technical and commercial objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this role, your responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Inspecting and diagnosing systems and sub-assemblies and determining the necessary operations and\/or parts to restore equipment to service or compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Analyzing the client&#8217;s needs, developing a work plan, and ensuring follow-up. Allocating the necessary resources based on time, budget, and quality constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Providing after-sales service interventions at sites equipped with resources deployed by Dedienne Aerospace for the client, either in the service workshop or directly at the client&#8217;s site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Maintaining traceability of actions performed on client equipment, writing diagnostic reports, and describing identified malfunctions or technical difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Preparing quotes aligned with profitability objectives, defining a suitable technical and commercial solution, and negotiating the terms and conditions of the intervention with the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Develop service activity in line with established objectives: prospecting plan, customer and prospect visits, business capture and service proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With initial training in mechanics \u2013 such as a vocational diploma in assembly\/mechanics \u2013 you have initial experience in the mechanical maintenance sector (automotive\/machine tools) and\/or in mechanical tooling production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required skills include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reading and analyzing blueprintsApplied mechanical skillsKnowledge of mechanical engineering (special processes, machining, turning, milling, welding, etc.)Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ CONDITIONS &amp; LOCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location : Amsterdam (N)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contract : Permanent contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start date : As soon as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travel : Regular travel within the Amsterdam metropolitan area and occasional travel to the rest of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>If you are passionate about \u201cquality\u201d and have a track record of ensuring excellence, we would love to hear from you.
